Arctic marine ecosystems in an era of rapid climate change

The scientific conference of Arctic Frontiers 2009 will focus primarily on the structure and biogeochemical cycling of Arctic marine ecosystems in a period of rapid climate changes. The conference will also focus upon sustainable management of Arctic regions. In cooperation with ArcticNet, the conference is organised by ARCTOS and assembles key results from a suite of recent and ongoing international research efforts that have contributed significantly to the current understanding of climate and ecosystem interactions in the pan-Arctic region.
